When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, business name (if provided), email or phone number, the service you're asking about, and whatever message you write. This is sent directly to our email inbox — we don't store it in a separate database.
Only to reply to your enquiry. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or share it with third parties.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they look at. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects anonymised information such as your approximate location, device type, and browsing behaviour on this site. It does not collect your name or contact details unless you submit them separately through the contact form.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
This site uses FormSubmit to deliver contact form submissions by email, Calendly to handle call scheduling, and Google Fonts / Fontshare to load web fonts. These services may process your IP address, and Calendly separately collects whatever details you enter when booking a call (name, email, selected time). We don't control their data practices beyond what's needed to run this site.
If you message us on Instagram, that conversation is governed by Meta's own privacy policies, not this one.
