Terms of engagement.

Last updated: September 2026. Plain-language terms for working with Real Foris — not a substitute for a signed project agreement.

Who this covers

These terms apply to anyone engaging Real Foris for video editing, social media management, or web development services, as agreed over a scheduled call, email, or in a written proposal.

Scope & quotes

Every project starts with a brief and a plain quote based on what you actually need — not a fixed package pushed onto everyone. Scope and cost are agreed before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Payment

Payment terms (advance, milestones, or on delivery) are agreed per project before work starts. Specific amounts and schedules are confirmed directly with you, not listed generically here.

Revisions

A reasonable round of revisions is part of the process for every project — that's built into our quote, not billed as an extra. Requests substantially beyond the original brief may need a separate quote.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, final deliverables (edited videos, website files, designed assets) belong to you. Any third-party assets used (stock footage, licensed fonts, plugins) remain subject to their own licences.

Website hosting & maintenance

Unless separately agreed, we build and hand over websites — ongoing hosting, domain renewal, and ongoing maintenance are the client's responsibility after handover, though we're happy to quote for continued support.

Cancellation

Either side can end an engagement with notice. Work completed up to that point is payable; advances for work not yet started are handled case by case, fairly.

Portfolio use

We may feature completed work in our portfolio or on social media unless you ask us not to. Just let us know if you'd prefer a project stays private.

Questions

For a specific project, we'll always confirm scope, cost, and timeline directly with you in writing before starting. Questions about these terms: foriskhan@realforis.com
